Fuelbox Industrial, LLC, a national manufacturer and supplier of bandsaw blades, circular saw blades, and pallet-industry consumables, has acquired Frank’s Industrial Sharpening and Sales, LLC. This acquisition expands Fuelbox Industrial’s sharpening and blade-service capabilities, building on the company’s existing in-house Resharpening Program for circular saw blades. Frank’s Industrial is a precision sharpening and industrial tool service company that has served private and commercial wood-processing operations in Florida and South Georgia for nearly 30 years.
“For pallet manufacturers, blade performance directly impacts uptime, labor efficiency, and finished pallet quality,” said Gabriel Curry, president of Fuelbox Industrial. “Frank’s understands that reality. They’ve been doing this work the right way for a long time, and this acquisition is a natural extension of how we already support our customers.”
Fuelbox introduced its blade sharpening and maintenance program in 2024 to help extend blade life and maintain cut quality while reducing downtime through predictable service cycles and replacement options in Fuelbox’s Nail Ninja® PRO+ circular saw blade line. As demand for the program grew, Fuelbox identified the need to scale sharpening capacity and expertise. The company completed the acquisition of Frank’s Industrial Sharpening and Sales on January 5, 2026.
Frank’s will now operate as Frank’s Industrial Sharpening – A Fuelbox Company, maintaining its experienced team, Jacksonville, Florida location, and day-to-day operations, while expanding service availability to pallet companies nationwide through Fuelbox’s existing customer base. Frank’s Industrial Sharpening provides sharpening, inspection, and maintenance services for circular saw blades and industrial cutting tools commonly used in pallet manufacturing, recycling, and lumber processing. The company is known for its technical expertise and consistent, high-quality workmanship – critical factors in keeping high-volume pallet operations running on schedule.

Customers of Frank’s Industrial Sharpening will continue working with the same team and processes they trust, while benefiting from Fuelbox Industrial’s operational support, inventory systems, and national reach. The acquisition allows Fuelbox Industrial to better align circular blade supply, sharpening schedules, and performance tracking – providing pallet companies with a full-service, specialized approach to managing cutting tools across their operations.
“Our focus has always been precision and consistency,” said Frank Veltrup, founder of Frank’s Industrial Sharpening and Sales. Veltrup and his wife, Carolyn, founded the business in 1997 and have operated it together for nearly three decades. “As we look toward retirement, partnering with Fuelbox allows us to leave our legacy in good hands. We wanted to ensure our customers could continue relying on the quality and service they’ve come to expect.”
Fuelbox Industrial serves pallet manufacturers nationwide with bandsaw blades, circular saw blades, safety products, and consumables designed for demanding production environments. The addition of Frank’s Industrial Sharpening enhances Fuelbox’s ability to support the full lifecycle of pallet-industry cutting tools – from supply and setup to sharpening, inspection, and ongoing performance support.
“This is about making life easier for pallet operators,” Curry added. “Fewer vendors, better coordination, and predictable service – backed by people who understand production realities in busy pallet plants.”
