WEIMA Manufactures 3 Classes of Grinders

WEIMA America is the American Distributor of WEIMA Maschinenbau GmbH, Shredding and Grinding Technologies, with more than 14,000 machines sold worldwide over 20 years.

                      WEIMA America was established to provide personal, direct service to the North American marketplace for grinders and shredders. The company sells machines through a rapidly growing dealer network in the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

                      WEIMA manufactures a wide range of grinding equipment – three classes — for various applications. For example, in its M-Class series of grinders, the WL12 and WL30 machines are suited for high volume bulk materials, such as pallets, furniture parts, and more. It was specifically designed for grinding solid waste and refuse. These grinders, known for their high output volume, feature a v-rotor, low horsepower requirements and 4x indexable knives. Other features include lift-up screen, heavy-duty gearbox, integrated hydraulics, heavy-duty bearing and torque converter. Optional features include rotor cooling system, hydraulic oil cooling, gearbox cooling, and hydraulic drives.

                      WEIMA’s inside sales staff can easily handle many requests, and its outside sales experts can assist with more specialized needs.

                      Its repair department can refurbish older WEIMA grinders in need of an overhaul. The company has many customers that have brought their older machines more up to date with a ‘makeover.’

                      WEIMA also has a used machinery division to take trade-ins. The company will accept trade-ins of grinders by any other manufacturers and also can supply parts for other brand machines.

                      WEIMA is headquartered in Fort Mill, S.C., where it has a showroom with many working grinders and shredders, an extensive parts and service department with factory-trained technicians, machine inventory for immediate shipment, sales and executive offices, and a research and development department.
