In addition, a unique infeed transition system forces loose material into the rotor for one-pass grinding.
Rotochopper’s exclusive Concentric Lift Powerfeed, this patented system creates the most aggressive powerfeed in the industry and generates unparalleled crush force to feed difficult feedstocks by keeping the powerfeed roller close to the rotor throughout its lift path for enhanced feed rate control.
Finally, the optional cross-belt magnetic conveyor is a self-cleaning plate magnet positioned above the discharge conveyor, and offers a greater level of metal separation than magnetic head pulleys.
