The staff of Pallet Enterprise and Pallet Profile has been conducting regular human resource surveys since the early 2000s. This is the most comprehensive survey of the labor situation in the industry, and the last one occurred before the pandemic in early 2020. This survey will be used to produce a comprehensive wage and labor report covering historical trends as well as current practices in regards to wages, benefits, labor practices, demographic breakdowns and more. In the past, the report has been used as a benchmark to help companies measure their human resources practices. Given the recent wage inflation, this report will likely be used as a way to explain current wage impacts to customers.
