Trace Equipment Introduces Nailer and Stacker
Trace Equipment, known for its pallet recycling and manufacturing machinery, is introducing its new Nail-Mate Automatic Nailing Jig and Stack-Mate Automatic Stacker. These two machines work together to form a complete automatic nailing and stacking system.
The Nail-Mate nailing system is a single operator, automatic firing, pneumatic operation. It can be used to build three or four stringer pallets and wing pallets up to 50×50. Mona Tracy indicates that an operator can manufacture up to two pallets a minute on this new nailer. It is counterbalanced for coils of up to 3,000 nails.
The Stack-Mate automatic stacker features an adjustable capacity to stack up to 20 pallets. The pneumatic operation uses a chain feed and an electronic eye for accuracy.
