Nailer Designed for Producing Pallets with All Reclaimed Material

Seeing a need for more combos and completely remanufactured pallets in the market, Del Wagner and his team from Midwest Machinery & Automation have pioneered the development of the MASTer Recycler. Its unique design allows an operator to place random width / random height deck boards on top of recycle / reclaimed stringers on any wooden pallet. It will build with different widths on back to back to back pallets without any adjustments or any other input from the operator. After the pallet is automatically nailed it is then sent to a stacker which also greatly reduces operator fatigue.

Del Wagner, president of Midwest Machinery & Automation, commented, “The MASTer Recycler is the first machine of its kind designed to efficiently produce a pallet from all recycled boards. It is a game changer for those who previously could only make these types of pallets by hand.”

The MASTer Recycler uses pneumatic coil nailers and a special board placement system. It is simple to operate for one person. See the machine in action at https://vimeo.com/314041659.

Midwest Machinery & Automation is an American owned and operated company and the exclusive distributor for this American designed and manufactured MASTer Recycler machine. For more information, call Del Wagner at 217-621-2133 or e-mail Del@woodpeckermachine.com.
