NA 2004 Draws Global Visitors, 400 Exhibitors

NA 2004, a trade show and conference of the Material Handling Industry of America, featured more than 400 exhibits and drew attendees from over 50 countries when it was held in Cleveland recently.

            Suppliers exhibited basic equipment to automated handling systems, and software and control solutions. The four-day trade show attracted attendees as far away as Australia, Japan and Africa.

            Educational sessions included three executive forums covering operational excellence, supply chain security, and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology.

            NA 2004 was the largest showcase of material handling and logistics equipment, systems and technologies scheduled in the U.S. this year.

            The next trade show sponsored by the Material Handling Industry of America will be the ProMat show Jan. 10-13, 2005 in Chicago.
