Industrial Resources of Michigan has introduced its newly redesigned Wolverine bandsaw dismantling machine, the Wolverine II.
An optional safety brake stops the blade in less than a second and operates both as a brake and a lock-out when changing blades.
The Industrial Resources Wolverine II features such standard equipment as a pneumatic, automatic-constant pressure blade tensioning system for long blade life and a quick blade change system to reduce downtime. The 64-inch-wide table has an electric height adjustment with push-button controls, and the machine features large diameter pneumatic drive and idler tires. The Wolverine II is made of a laser-cut steel frame with built-in fork pockets and is powered by a high-speed, high-torque 15 hp motor. Other options include a single phase 10 hp electric motor and one or two-man table configurations.
Industrial Resources can supply a complete wood recovery system by adding conveyors and a trim saw.
