Industrial Resources Develops In-Line Painting Solution

There’s the old way to paint pallets, and then the right way to do it. The old way is by hand in a paint booth. But the right way according to Martin VanDenack, president of Industrial Resources, is a new In-Line Paint System. Industrial Resources has developed a paint system that is completely accessible for maintenance.

This system can paint and process up to 920 pallets per hour, which is very fast and can keep up with the fastest nailing machines on the market. VanDenack explained, “There are some other in-line paint systems on the market, but our new model is the only one that is completely accessible for easy maintenance.”

Van Denack said, “While all paint systems are messy to some degree, our approach is the most user friendly when it come to accessing the unit for ease of maintenance.”

Van Denack added that the Industrial Resources In-Line Paint System is ideal for companies that do service work for pallet pools and need an efficient way to paint repaired or new pallets. While the manual approach can work, it doesn’t always work well. Van Denack commented, “Spray painting pallets by hands is labor intensive, messy because splatter will get everywhere and tends to waste a ton of paint.”
