Fuelbox Names New Operations Lead and Sales Director

Fuelbox Industrial, LLC recently promoted Sherman Gentry to operations lead, overseeing the entire day-to-day operations in manufacturing and shipping. Also, the company has tapped Tyler Rusomaroff as its new sales director.

Gentry has been with the company for the past two years, assuming the role of manufacturing coordinator. He spearheaded the process to set up Fuelbox’s warehouse and welding center, located in Jacksonville, Florida. He has also been responsible for training and supervising new employees for manufacturing roles.

“Fuelbox is one of those rare companies you come across where you feel an automatic connection with their vision, and that’s because of the passion of everyone on our team,” said Gentry. Ranging from inbound to outbound operations, Gentry has worked in almost every facet of warehousing and has held critical roles in both operations and production. He worked for Target at the Food Distribution Center in Lake City, FL, for six years and was an operations technician for four years. In this role, he monitored extensive automation throughout the warehouse cranes, conveyors, and robots, both via software and through physical aspects. He became a certified trainer in each role he held. At Fuelbox, Gentry has proven himself a dedicated leader in operations, and has delivered exceptional levels of fulfillment for the company’s clients.

Less than a week shy of his first-year anniversary with the company, Tyler Rusomaroff has proven his commitment to Fuelbox’s mission and vision, and proven himself a leader within the team. The company has promoted him to the position of sales director. Rusomaroff has years of experience in sales and is dedicated to helping the Fuelbox team better serve its clients.

Rusomaroff’s background is rooted in the construction industry. He developed a passion for it at a very young age, helping his father in his granite business, and working the table saws with the company during his high school and college years. He moved to Jacksonville, FL, seven years ago with his wife, and at that time, he worked in real estate sales, as well as rehabbing houses, never losing his love for construction.
