The Air Curtain Destructor is a cost effective way of disposing of land-clearing debris and other combustible solid waste; it saves time and money. The Air Curtain Destructor is an accepted way to burn in most areas because of its efficient high temperature, low emission method of burning.
The Air Curtain Destructor uses a high velocity curtain of air to contain the smoke within a fire pit. The curtain of air also injects oxygen into the fire, which raises the temperature as high as 2,000 degrees and reduces the burn debris to 1% or less of its original volume. The high temperature incineration burns off many pollutants that would otherwise escape into the atmosphere or ground water during open burning.
Concept Products has been committed to providing cost effective solutions to waste reduction. In 1990 the company developed its first shredder, the Shred-All D7200, a highly compact, portable, efficient shredder for processing a wide variety of debris. The Shred-All D7200 can process whole pallets and scrap wood from pallet and sawmill operations and has proven highly durable and easy to maintain.
The Shred-All D7200 has many features, one of which is a load sensing, hydraulic drive system that detects tramp metal and stops the auger in order to prevent damage. It is also equipped with a computer system to control many other safety features.
Concept Products is now introducing its second generation of Shred-Alls, the D5600 Wood Series. It is designed specifically to process waste wood and facilitate the recycling of waste wood although it also can process shingles, dry wall, framing lumber and slab wood. With diesel power, the D5600 is still very portable, weighing less than 12,500 pounds. It is loaded with many standard features, such as a retractable output conveyor that stores underneath for easy transport.
The Shred-All D5600 is powered by a John Deere 170 hp engine. The in-feed system consists of a 10-foot long conveyor belt and a feed roller drum, both operated by load sensing controls to prevent jamming. The D5600 is available with multiple screens to produce material of various sizes. The output conveyor is available with an optional magnetic head pulley to remove tramp metal.
With the addition of the new Concept Products M60 Colorizer, the Shred-All D5600 can produce colored mulch at the rate of 75 cubic yards per hour. The M60 Colorizer is a compact unit designed as an attachment to horizontal grinders to provide a more cost effective method of producing colored mulch. It features a two pump system and comes standard with a remote control, digital flow meter and weather proof housing. The M60 Colorizer can produce between 50 and 200 yards of colored mulch per hour depending on the size of the grinder.
