LINC Systems Buys Numax

In late January LINC Systems based out of Westfield, Indiana acquired Numax of New Windsor, New York. The two companies share a long similar history in the industrial fastening business. The newly combined company will operate under the name LINC Systems, Inc. and remain headquartered out of the Westfield office.

The combination of these two businesses will bring many benefits to the combined company’s 22 state customer base. “We are pleased that most of the Numax employees have chosen to stay with our new company” said Ted Azar, president of LINC Systems, “including Ron Hunkapillar owner of Numax.”

LINC Systems stated that this combination will bring improved efficiency to its infrastructure, which will benefit customers.

Azar added, “Both of our companies have a long history based on the foundation of customer service, quality products and great brands.”

In 2013 LINC Systems launched a division called LINC SUPPLY, which focuses on providing customers with maintenance/industrial supply needs. These products can now be marketed to Numax customers. To learn about LINC Systems or see how the company can help you, visit www.lincsystems.com.
