Suffolk Machinery Corp. has introduced its new Timber Wolf 1-1/2" wide x .052 thick blade. Developed to run on both medium and high production mills this blade was designed with a specific balance of width to thickness in order to achieve exceptional overall life as well as superior cutting performance.
The teeth of this blade are milled and induction hardened which is unique in the industry. Milling of the teeth produces a razor sharp tooth without having to initially stamp the tooth and induction hardening allows for different but more precise hardness throughout the blade. These unique manufacturing technique along with the use of Swedish Silicon steel sets this blade apart, according to Suffolk Machinery.
