The Smart Products Single Head Notcher can be used for new or recycled stringers and will produce 750 double notched stringers per hour with one operator, according to the company. The Smart Products Single Head Notcher, featuring an innovative design and quick set-up, is equipped with a continuous power feed system and does not require a saw dust blower. It has a 72-inch capacity and is powered by a 10 hp motor. The machine is available for single-phase or three-phase electrical systems.
