Rotochopper, which manufactures machines that grind scrap wood and pallets into mulch and color it in one pass, has developed portable equipment to package mulch into bags. The Rotochopper Go-Bagger is 26 feet long and can be towed by a pick-up truck.
The Rotochopper Go-Bagger has a 10 cubic yard hopper with 30-inch feed belt controlled by a variable frequency drive. It is equipped with an Ultra Sonic sensor for even material flow.
The bagging assembly has a 16-inch feed belt to the bagging head and a hydraulic leveling system. The bagging head is air-controlled with a touch control system. A capacitative sensor ensures even bag fill. The Go-Bagger also has a Hamer hot air sealer with double seal and cooling attachment.
The Go-Bagger has 12-inch, 12-foot-long take-away conveyor with adjustable side rails.
The Rotochopper Go-Bagger requires 60 amps of power at 240 volts and 13 cfm air at 90 psi and is available with on-board generator and compressor.
