Grindzilla™ is a mobile grinder that can be used to grind wood, including scrap pallets, plastic, tires and sheet rock. It provides a practical, cost-effective solution to grinding services on location at a job site.
The mobile grinding system is mounted on a truck. It features a folding infeed conveyor that delivers material into the top of the grinder, which has an onboard computer system to monitor and adjust the grinding process for maximum efficiency. The grindings can outfeed into a 10-yard storage hopper aboard the truck or onto the job site. The grinding system is fully enclosed and requires no dust suppression. The system is operated by one person.
The Grindzilla can be used to process wood into mulch for landscaping, erosion control, trails, playground covering, animal bedding, biomass fuel or other purposes.
When grinding wood containing nails, the Grindzilla can exact the nails from the grindings.
