Looking to be a leader in custom pallet machinery automation, Industrial Resources has taken on a number of top-secret projects for clients. The company has expanded its capacity by moving into a 25,000-square foot building and adding to its engineering and technical staff.
“We have seen a lot of growth over the last few years as pallet companies are seeking to solve labor challenges with automation. Consolidation is also working to our favor because acquired companies may need upgrades, and we have become a popular repair automation supplier for many of these larger companies,” commented, Martin VanDenack, president of Industrial Resources. The company works on projects and repairs lines for small to mid-sized pallet recyclers as well.
Van Denack explained, “We are working with a lot of customers to do proprietary work to improve their production operations. This includes painting systems, robotic pallet manufacturing lines, and improved repair lines. With over 40 years in automation engineering, my technical staff can tackle almost any automation challenge in the pallet sector.”
Recyclers are turning to its Infinity Repair Systems, known for high-speed pallet handling. These systems can process up to 800 pallets per hour, are built with heavy-duty construction, and can handle three to nine categories of stack-out with run-off. These systems can be designed to work in smaller footprints with low operation and maintenance costs.
“Our repair lines reduce worker strain, are ergonomic and automate pallet handling,” commented VanDenack. Making jobs easier on workers is the name of the game when it comes to retaining workers. Industrial Resources lines are designed to meet the custom needs of each facility.
