This partnership combines Delta’s proven block pallet technology, Viking’s service and support, and new fastening technologies that offer more automation options for pallet manufacturers. Incorporating Delta’s portfolio introduces alternative fastening architectures including: beam nailing, cluster nailing and multi-nail simultaneous drive technology. These methods allow multiple nails to be driven at once, offering potential advantages in cycle speed and wear reduction in certain pallet applications. The partnership creates a technology bridge — allowing Viking to explore where each fastening philosophy performs best and apply the right solution to the right manufacturing environment.
